Do you use real stone?

YES! We use real natural river stone. All of the stones have natural flaws and imperfections, created by "Mother Nature". This makes each stone unique and one-of-a-kind.

Does your granite contain any dye for color enhancement?

Our granite products are all natural with no coloring dyes added. Coloring agents found in alot of competitors stone will bleed out and fade in time.

Can I select the color or shape of my riverstone?

Unfortunately, you cannot select the color or shape of your stone. Since, we use natural river stone, the shapes and colors are random. No two river stones are alike. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific color or shape of stone.

Yes! Email us the text and any requests to customerservice@family-pet-memorials.com and we'll custom design your stone for FREE.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually ship from our location in approx. 3-5 days! Depending on the workload, orders may take a few extra days to ship. It will be worth the wait. The actual shipping time will vary based on your location.

How will my order ship?

We ship most orders via USPS. Extra-Large stones ship via FEDEX.

What is your return/refund policy?

It is our goal to satisfy each and every one of our customers. If a mistake is made on our part, we will engrave a replacement stone. This will not require the return of a stone.
